About WEVN

The World Executive Voice Network is a digital magazine for people who make decisions, and for the leaders whose decisions deserve a proper account.

WEVN exists because the people running the most interesting companies in the world are usually the ones nobody has thought to interview.

Business media concentrates. The same executives, in the same markets, answering the same questions. Meanwhile a founder is running freight across fourteen borders, a technology chief is quietly rebuilding how their company approves an AI budget, and a lender is underwriting businesses that every scoring model rejects. None of them are in anyone’s magazine.

We started WEVN to publish those people properly. Not a press release with a headshot on it, and not a puff piece. A real account of a decision: what the person chose, what it cost inside the organisation, and whether it worked.

What we publish

Long-form executive interviews under Digital Magazines. Annual and thematic Top 10 roundups that recognise leaders for a specific call rather than a good year. Short, attributed news briefings for people who need the shape of a story in ninety seconds. And filmed interviews and roundtables.

How we are funded

WEVN is funded primarily by paid editorial placements through our Get Featured programme. Executives and companies pay to be profiled, we write and edit the piece to our own standard, and the published article carries a clear sponsored label.

We are direct about this because the alternative is worse. A publication that sells placements and hides it has a problem. A publication that sells placements and says so on every page has a business model. Payment secures publication and our editorial effort. It does not buy endorsement, it does not buy a rank on a list, and it has no bearing on our news coverage.

Who reads WEVN

Founders, operators, investors and the advisers around them, across more than forty countries. Most arrive through a specific feature, then stay for the briefing.

Four principles

How We Work

We write about decisions, not biographies

A profile that lists someone’s achievements tells a reader nothing they can use. We ask what the person decided, what it cost inside the organisation, and what they would do differently. That is the story worth publishing.

We label what is paid

WEVN sells featured placements. Every one of them carries a visible sponsored label and is disclosed in the page metadata. Our news coverage is not for sale, and no commercial relationship affects it.

We publish the leaders nobody has covered yet

Most business media concentrates on the same few hundred names. The operators building serious companies in secondary markets are usually better interviews and almost never asked. We go looking for them.

We keep the work permanent

Every feature is a stable URL that stays live, stays indexed and stays citable. A WEVN piece should still be useful to its subject three years after publication.
