Editorial & Sponsorship Policy
How WEVN keeps editorial judgement and paid placements separate, and how we verify and label what we publish.
Editorial independence
WEVN editorial content is selected and written by WEVN Editorial. Payment never determines editorial conclusions, rankings or selection for independent lists.
Sponsored content
WEVN offers paid placements through its Get Featured programme. Every paid placement is clearly labelled “Sponsored” at the top of the page. Payment secures publication and format, not editorial endorsement. Links to a sponsor’s website in paid content are marked rel="sponsored", in line with search-engine guidelines.
Verification
Before publication, WEVN verifies for every profile, whether editorial or paid: the person’s identity, the company’s identity, the person’s current role, major factual claims, and any quotations, which the subject approves. WEVN does not publish invented people, companies, quotations, achievements or statistics as factual content.
Illustrative samples
Some pages on WEVN are clearly labelled “Illustrative sample”. They show our editorial format and use fictional people and companies. They are not news reports.
Conflicts of interest
WEVN is part of Yadritrans Tech LLC. WEVN does not cover Yadri Trans, its clients or its direct competitors without disclosing that relationship.
Corrections
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, write to editor@wevnnow.com. We review every request and correct errors promptly, with a note on the corrected page.
