Privacy Policy

How WEVN handles personal information. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Pending legal review. This policy accurately describes how the site is built and names the correct entity. The surrounding legal language is still a working template awaiting review by a qualified lawyer before launch. Delete this notice once that review is complete.

Who we are

WEVN, the World Executive Voice Network, publishes https://wevnnow.com (the site). For the purposes of data protection law the data controller is Yadritrans Tech LLC, of 30 North Gould Street Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at hello@wevnnow.com.

What we collect

We collect only what the site needs to function, which falls into four groups.

  • Newsletter subscribers. Your email address, submitted through the subscribe form, together with the date you subscribed.
  • Contact form senders. Your name, email address, company where you supply it, the subject you select and the content of your message.
  • Get Featured clients. The information you send us for your feature, plus the billing information you provide to our payment processor.
  • Readers. Standard server and analytics information such as pages requested, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type.

How we use it

We use your email address to send the WEVN newsletter, which you can leave at any time through the unsubscribe link in every issue. We use contact form submissions to answer you. We use the information you supply for a feature to research, write and publish that feature. We use reader information in aggregate to understand which coverage is working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your email address with other organisations for their own marketing.

Payments

Get Featured placements are paid through Stripe. When you click a checkout button you are taken to a Stripe-hosted page. Card details are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never received or stored by WEVN. We receive confirmation of a completed payment and the billing name and email associated with it. Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy.

Forms and email delivery

The site is published as static files, so the contact and newsletter forms are handled by a third-party form provider, Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to our inbox. That provider processes the submission on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no advertising cookies of its own. Video content is embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced domain, which does not set tracking cookies until you play a video. If you play an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Where we run analytics, we configure it to avoid collecting information that identifies you personally.

How long we keep it

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept for twenty-four months. Records relating to a paid placement are kept for seven years from the date of the transaction, in line with standard US recordkeeping practice for business and tax records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, write to hello@wevnnow.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

Children

The site is intended for a professional adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen.

International transfers

Our hosting, form and payment providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers maintain.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle information changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
