Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern use of this site and our paid placement programme. Last updated September 10, 2026.

Pending legal review. The entity, address and governing law below are final. The surrounding legal language is still a working template awaiting review by a qualified lawyer before launch. Delete this notice once that review is complete.

1. Who these terms are with

This site is published by Yadritrans Tech LLC of 30 North Gould Street Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as WEVN, the World Executive Voice Network. By using https://wevnnow.com you agree to these terms.

2. Using the site

You may read, link to and quote our articles with attribution. You may not republish an article in full, use our content to train a commercial model without a licence, or present our material as your own. Our name, logo and design are ours.

3. Sponsorship and paid placements

WEVN sells editorial placements. This section explains exactly what that means, and it is the most important part of these terms.

Through our Get Featured programme, executives and organisations pay a one-time fee to be profiled on WEVN. Our commitments about that arrangement are as follows.

  • Every paid placement is labelled. Each sponsored article carries a visible disclosure at the top of the page stating that it was published in partnership with its subject, and the same fact is recorded in the page’s structured data.
  • Payment buys publication, not endorsement. A fee secures our editorial effort and a permanent published feature. It does not buy praise, a favourable conclusion, or a position on a ranked list.
  • News coverage is not for sale. Items published under News are written independently. No commercial relationship creates, suppresses or alters a news item.
  • Roundup selection is editorial. Where a leader appears on a Top List, selection is made by our editorial desk. Where a listed leader has separately purchased a placement, that relationship is disclosed on the list itself.
  • Accuracy comes before the client. We will not publish a claim we believe to be false. If a client insists on one, we refund the fee and decline the placement.

4. What a placement includes

The deliverables for each tier are listed on the Get Featured page and form part of your agreement with us. Turnaround times stated there begin when you have supplied the information we request, not at the moment of payment.

You will receive one round of factual review before publication. Editorial voice, structure and headline remain our decision. We may edit a feature after publication to correct an error.

5. Your material and warranties

You are responsible for the information, quotes and images you supply. By supplying them you confirm that you have the right to do so, that the information is accurate, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide licence to publish and distribute that material as part of your feature.

6. Payment and refunds

Placements are paid in advance in US dollars through Stripe. Our refund position is tied to a single milestone: your approval of the draft.

  • Before you approve a draft, you can cancel for a full refund at any point, including after drafting has started and while you are still requesting revisions.
  • Once you approve a draft for publication, the fee is non-refundable. Your approval is what tells us to publish, and we act on it promptly. If you spot an error after approving, we will still correct it in the live article; that is a correction, not grounds for a refund.

Two situations sit outside that rule and are always refunded in full regardless of approval status: if we are unable to publish for a reason within our control, or if we decline to publish because a claim cannot be substantiated.

7. Removal after publication

Features are published as permanent records. We will correct errors at any time and will consider a removal request where publication creates a genuine legal or personal safety issue. We do not remove a feature because a client has changed their mind about it.

8. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to and embeds third-party material, including YouTube videos. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

9. No professional advice

Nothing on WEVN is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Our news and commentary reflect conversations with market participants and our own reading of them. Make your own decisions and take your own advice.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or from a paid placement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms go to editor@wevnnow.com. Our handling of personal information is set out in the privacy policy.
